In his childhood, founder Kalvin Sumagui did not have a motorcycle to ride, nor equipment to wear. He spent some of his days pretending to gear up for motocross riding. Joining his father ride motorcycles and work on project cars was part of growing up in a lifestyle of adrenaline, action sports, and DIY. Later on, being able to ride downhill and enduro mountain biking in 2016 led to seeking the best protective riding gear available, only to be met by disappointingly limited supply. For the riders, Kalvin has upcoming projects using his degree in Industrial Design. Now based in Driftwoods Sports Park, Gear Up Garage brings you the best hard-to-find equipment money can buy.
